Custom Marine Electronics — Local services in San Diego

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER DOING ANY FORM OF BUSINESS WITH CUSTOM MARINE ELECTRONICS. My experience with Custom Marine Electronics has to be the worst experience with any business I have ever dealt with. I never leave any reviews but I would never want anyone to have to deal with this type of service. I dropped off an inverter at their place in a secure location after hours. Well, their "secure" location was not very secure because they lost my inverter. I even asked multiple times, are you sure my inverter will be safe there, "yes I can assure you it will be fine". So now they have been trying to "figure something out" for the past 3 months. I call regularly and never get anywhere or even a callback. In the meantime of trying to deal with this dead-end road, all of my batteries in the van, which need the inverter to charge have gone bad because they can not charge properly. So now with the lost inverter and bad batteries, we are looking at about $4,000 dollars of damage. I am not sure what to do because now every time I call I just get told that someone will call me back later, which has never happened. I am extremely disappointed in the service of Custom Marine Electronics. I even offered to help pay for a replacement inverter in the beginning. Now I am here over 3 months later and don't know what to do because in all reality my 20-year-old self cannot afford to go and buy a new inverter (and batteries) so then I can use my dream van I...
