When we purchased our bedroom sets, both for the master bed room and kid’s room 15 years ago, it was such a great experience. And these furnitures were of great quality, made in America and were part of our life’s memories. So when we are in need of a new dining table set, naturally we go right back to EA. We ordered a table, a buffet and 6 chairs. Ordered in July , got delayed- which we didn’t mind. But when they arrived, every piece had some issues. The chairs all had minor dents, some wobbles badly. But the tables and buffet surface all had numerous spots/stains that were obvious flaws of the wood treatment or paint job. Yes, they sent someone to the house to fix the wobbly chairs and offered to re-order the table and buffet. Even though the designer admitted it’s a new products and they don’t know what happened there, she and the store manager (San Diego) would keep tell us that they are “part of the finish” and describe the minor dent damages on the chairs “a process to make an aged look”. We understand things happen and mistakes happen. All you have to do, especially when you are dealing with your loyal customers, is to own up your mistakes and fix them. I am sure that a name like EA would figure out what had gone wrong in their production process to cause those stains. And maybe you don’t even need to explain what actually happened to us. But to say “it’s part of the finish” is so insulting and condescending towards your customers- and that’s the biggest issue in...

I'm very impressed with my experience with this store. I had some issues with one of my delivery service people that came to move my already delivered bed upstairs and to assemble it. It didn't go as planned, but the internal crew came in and rescheduled a different delivery person/people to come the very next day and those guys were AWESOME! They were so kind and respectful and helpful and put my gorgeous new bed together! Let's not forget that this bed is to DIE FOR! It is a velvet tufted kind size bedframe/headboard with two drawers at the foot in the most beautiful gold velvet that matches perfectly to my drapes! In short, nobody is perfect, including businesses, but it's how things are handled when obstacles pop up and they did a fantastic job to resolve the glitch and delivered an incredibly gorgeous product! My experience recently was awesome. I purchased several items and am so excited to see how the new items will integrate into my existing decor. I needed a refreshing feel in my home and I got just that. Gulcin Balic was my design associate and she patiently went through every picture I submitted to her of my home and helped me introduce new items that made a big impact. She really knows her design. I highly recommend her services. In fact, for some reason I always second guess myself when I buy these kinds of things that I know I will have to look at for several years. This is one of the first times I didn't second guess myself. Gulcin really helped me make good decisions. She also introduced items that were on sale that I would have never entertained.
