Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in San Diego

Meet the rude manager. I won’t post her name, but will show her face. To avoid the counter service I use the kiosk, which actually is a good idea because the service is so bad here that you almost don’t want to deal with them. unfortunately, the scanner wasn’t accepting my offer so I went to the counter, explained to her and she gave me this look like I can’t help you and said “well I guess it’s not taking so you have to try something else,” I kept saying can you come over here so I can show you what’s happening. after three times telling her to come over to the kiosk she reluctantly rolled her eyes, slow rolled to the kiosk, Try to do it herself and realize what I was saying was true and then she says well then I have to do it at the counter. She was very reluctant and lazy because I took her away from her cell phone time while she’s on the clock. She was on her cellphone constantly, back to the counter. This place sucks they have the worst customer service ever I order to pick up for a group of people at work wen I got to the place the only have 2 items ready I waiting for the rest and they ask if I need anything more I say this is not my whole order by now it pas a bout 10 minutes I explain that I pay with 2 separate transactions well they claim one card got declined, that can happen that must a got a number wrong but my point is why dint they call to let me know they way to busy that they can’t handle customer service it’s disgusting the employees attitude is awful I was trying to call my coworker to get my card number because I don’t bring my wallet thinking it’s all taken care and she comes to me we can’t take it like this you have to have you card what’???? Will never go here again not this location at least so I ordered some items and when I get there the people working the line are complaining or making comments that are not appropriate at the work place they kept saying onion rings and fries at 9pm! And I'm like ok..... but as I was waiting for my order I heard them saying the thing but, they were saying it in Spanish and so I asked the cashier if there was a problem with ordering certain foods at certain times of the night and she said what? And I said I can understand what they are saying and it sounds like they are complaining about making the food.
