Horrible customer service. My boyfriend called ahead and asked if we can walk in they said yes. We showed up and presented a groupon coupon and they said they only take those before 1pm(no where in the website did it say that) so we tried again today (10/01/22)and called as soon as they opened and they said yes we can walk in. She called us a hour later confirming if we were still going we said yes we’ll be there in 15 minutes she said okay. We arrived in 10 minutes and she claimed she couldn’t take us in because she had appointment at 11. I don’t know why she called to confirm if we were going if she knew she had someone scheduled at 11. She should of called and said she couldn’t take us in anymore. Despite the lack of customer service she was rude and yelling. Don’t recommend this place service was bad...

As a latin dominant looking man I came by at 10pm & was told only foot massage. After being considerate enough to explain I simply need any type of massage after traveling 16 hrs from ColombiaMexicoDiego. The one staff member requested I do foot massage but then said she wont offer it after I stated it would be my 1st ever foot massage.

It was clear at this point she was uncomfortable because of her immediate response to me stating I'm very ticklish on my feet but am willing to pay & try if she was.

Such a great experience with the massage I had today with Jay. She was so sweet and just the whole place was real clean and a real good vibe. Great location too. Whole massage was very relaxing but then she did my feet at the end and I didnt even realize I had sore feet till today, I had to hold back tears of joy it felt so good. The body massage is very relaxing but this foot massage was next level. I need more of this in my life. I’m definitely gonna throw in a 1/2 hour foot massage next time. Highly...
