This was my first massage appointment with Lucy of Bamboo Massage and Skincare and it was wonderful. Starting with the pre-appointment correspondence being timely and beneficial regarding the location and access codes plus the reminders I received. Then on the day of my appointment, street parking was convenient and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting room and the massage room itself. Lucy greeted me in the waiting room when it was almost time for my appointment and led me to the massage room where I found a very comfortable massage table covered with clean, soft comforter and sheet, Since this was our first session, Lucy asked a number of clarification questions to ensure she knew of any special areas of concern and encouraged me to let her know at anytime if I had any questions and whether the pressure was to my liking which it was.
