Horrible experience at this location. Viviana in the pharmacy is rude and condescending not only to customers but to her own coworkers. She refused to sell me an over the counter cream because she insisted it needed a prescription. She would not let me talk and just kept refusing to assist me. I eventually went back to my doctors office who was in disbelief that I was being asked for a prescription but wrote one for me anyway. When I returned to CVS, guess what? The same employee Viviana, let me know i didn’t need the prescription after all. So I wasted my time going back and forth , became frustrated and in the end for nothing. WOW! There are far too few employees who are paid far too little to deal with all the nonsense that walks in every day. I'm honestly surprised to see the same folks working there for more than a month, because it seems like a thankless, horrible job.
They try their best, though, and whoever owns this particular CVS needs to actually put in the effort to hire more folks or pay them more to compensate them for the legions of wet-brained homeless shoplifters they get in the daily.
