Charade Speakeasy — Restaurant in San Diego

Charade is my new favorite speakeasy in San Diego! Came here last night, highly recommend going here. From the moment you step inside, you’re transported into a world of mystery, elegance, and performances that are incredibly entertaining. One of the highlights of the night was the variety of performances, each one unique, captivating, and adding to the speakeasy’s charm. The drinks are really good, I highly recommend the Bad Back Jack!

after I stumbled in here thinking it was something else I ended up having one of the best nights of my life. L O L funny enough I actually entered through the back entrance through an unlocked door thinking wow how fun this is so interactive and I was very quickly informed I was in the wrong place. Regardless the staff that bearded ladies was all very wonderful and made a wonderful birthday experience from my friend. Highly recommend. XOXO...

Very unique experience. Cool ambiance with images/videos projected on the walls and ceiling. There are short musical performances every 30 minutes or so. Feels almost like you're watching a high school talent show with amazingling talented musicians with breaks in between to talk and drink with friends.
