Horrible store. I’m sick and the NyQuil is behind locked storage which I understand. But there is ABSOLUTELY NO ONE in the store but me and when I hit the button the girl at the counter just stands there. Then I see another woman walk up and they start talking. A couple minutes of watching this and still no one helping me. One woman walks away and I hit the button again. That’s when the lady at the counter casually starts walking to me. No care for customers in the world. Then I need Sudafed and apparently the kind I want I have to get at the pharmacy. Which opens at 9am. I have to be at work at 9am. I don’t have time to wait (and yes I understand I shouldn’t go to work sick but unfortunately I have to). They said I can only get from the pharmacy and I ask since when (because all my life getting this particular Sudafed I have never needed to wait for the pharmacy and the lady has the audacity to tell me 18 years she has worked there it has been at the pharmacy. No sorry. In my 47 years this is the first time it’s at the pharmacy. Very inconvenient supposedly convenient drug store. ...

I go to the Hillcrest location almost everyday, because of my job and the employees there always take good care of me especially Eduardo the manager. Today i went he told me about the clearance sale, and my girlfriend fell in love with Mrs Santa Claus, so i bought it for her. But when we went home my girlfriend wanted the matching pair, so i went on a mission to find her husband, I ended up at the 691 3rd ave location in chula vista. While i was there the manager Cesar asked it he could help me, and i told him what i was looking for, He did not hesitate for one minute, and texted his work group chat,and he found it for me at this location. The manager Noor, was kind enough to hold it for me, and told us to ask for Nidia, the kind employee who helped us out! i quickly came to pick it up! and just like that the couple has been reunited! All three locations are awesome and you show the best customer service! At times when retail is very discouraging because of all the theft going on, your employees still find a way to make happy moments like the ones i have...

This is the worst pharmacy I've dealt with in years. The main pharmacist, a short Asian man (wish I knew his name) is a poor representative of the medical community. He lacks knowledge in addiction and inconsistently dispenses medication. If he's having a bad day, he might deny your meds, even if your doctor has specified their urgency. Raising your voice just results in him stopping communication and refusing your medication.

This pharmacist has jeopardized my sobriety multiple times. Despite the convenience of this pharmacy and the kindness of other staff, I’m switching pharmacies tomorrow due to this recurring issue.

Today, I received a text stating my meds would be ready by August 28th, the day I need to leave for a family trip. However, the same pharmacist called and said I can’t get my meds until the 29th. This is unacceptable, especially given the circumstances of my trip after my grandmother’s passing. I will not go through withdrawals in front of family.
