Where I was SUPER impressed was when our couch arrived damaged and I worked with Aldo Lopez in their Claims Department. He was extremely responsive and accessible. He followed up. He put pressure on American Leather when the repair company they sent hadn’t fixed it after 2 visits and the repair company wasn’t responding to me. While I didn’t have a smooth experience with the American Leather couch, Aldo was amazing in dealing with the problem and getting resolution for us.
