We had a really great experience here because the trees are all untied and on display for you to choose the one you like. There are many assistants ready to help and assist you. We had Dennis and he was great at explaining the different kinds of trees and told us how the trees are acquired. We found a lovely discounted tree. Dennis then helped us carry our chosen one to the car and tied it securely onto the car roof for us. These trees are pricier than say Lowes or Costco but they are definitely fresher than Costco and the service was better than Lowes. At Lowes they are all tied up and piled on top of each other, so you can’t see what you’re getting unless you grab one from the pile and untie it and no one was helping us. 5 Tips You Need to Know:

If you have a stand. Bring it. They'll attach it.

If you want that pine fresh smell until New Year's Eve, Douglas is best.

If you don't want to pay for netting, bring the blue tarp that is in everybody's garage.

If you see a tree that speaks to you, take the tag and pay at the front. I saw a tree walked away for 3 minutes came back and that tree was gone. Bummer.

Sadly my tree dried out before Christmas this year I watered it every other day and now I’m stuck with a dry Christmas tree :((( I wanted to love this place the convenience & being pretty.
