What a fun place to get a tattoo! The atmosphere is classy, clean, and just plain cool.

Phil did several excellent tattoos for our group in a surprising amount of time, even though 2 were newbies.

We had a probably-terminally ill friend getting "tattoo" crossed off his bucket list. Phil was incredibly friendly and professional. He helped us plan for safety considering Friend's condition, made him feel comfortable, and knocked out a stellar tattoo before Friend could get worn out. With the whole group, Phil gave suggestions on improving composition and was able to gently redirect a couple ideas that wouldn't look great.

At first thought..my gf wanted to leave... a girl approached us and basically tried to talk me out of what I was interested in getting because its a hard tattoo to do.... while she was holding a huge wrench and explained there was no water.. obviously it didnt come off as very friendly.. she did connect us with someone that would do the tattoo.. my girlfriend ended up getting a tattoo also... i have extensive work done in white ink .. this one is 2 bands.. in royal blue.. good experience. Horrible, unpleasant, and unprofessional customer service. Wasn’t sure what I wanted and asked to look at some ideas for a small tattoo. Guy at the front was completely unhelpful and made it obvious he didn’t want to help me. I came back with a better idea of what I wanted and asked if I could see what an outline of it would look like and was told no unless I was going to get it for sure. If you’re going to permanently tattoo something to your body it’s not unreasonable to ask to see what it would look like first, especially if it’s a simple design. I have other tattoos and this has never been an issue. Would never...
