Was unlawfully refused service due to having a service dog. Was told by employee Patrick Booth that we must sit outside, and when requested indoor seating, he explained it's company policy to not allow dogs regardless if they are a service dog indoor seating. He further stated that it's a health code. After I cited that they must be allowed under the Americans with Disability Act, he furthered his attitude and stated he has the right after this unlawful disability discrimination to refuse service as I'm supposedly not a kind person. He stated he has the right to refuse service to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including disability.

All this and there was already a non service dog sitting at the bar, as you can see in the picture with the employee behind the bar inside"

I am a combat Wounded disabled veteran who was with 3 other disabled veterans and 1 family member when this incident occurred and this is absolutely unacceptable.

I will be opening an Americans with Disability Act case against this establishment and encourage the management/ owner of this facility to reach out to correct this discrimination by their employee/manager...

I don't usually write negative reviews but I feel I have to give people a heads up about this one.

My group of 6 and I came here to watch the UFC fight because there was no cover charge. Servers were passive aggressive from the start and made us feel unwelcome. At one point when I tried to order tater tots with a passing staff member, he didn't even look at me, kept walking, and dismissively responded - And I kid you not - "don't ask me." I guess he was a bartender and not a server but he could have at least acknowledged me more appropriately or offered to redirect a server to me.

I asked to speak with management afterwards and they appeared polite, genuine, and understanding of the concern. She said she will speak to the team and did mention that the particular server above was "having a bad day." Still inexcusable imo. Unsure if anything will actually happen.

In terms of food, it was mediocre - but that was fine to me. It's what I would expect from a sports bar.

2 stars for poor customer service that ruined our experience here. Would be 1 star but management appeared to listen. My group and I definitely...

Was recommended by the concierge at our hotel.. Walked down and was greeted by a nice lady as she walked out the bar. We then sat at the outside bar Mohawk wearing bartender ignored us for 10 minutes talking to friends with 3 patrons at bar. Finally came over we asked him to wipe trash from counter he stated he wiped it earlier, Actually had to show him the trash for him to agree to wipe it again and halved wiped it again.. Another 10 minutes go by before he came back with attitude stating in a loud angry voice we can’t vape at outside bar ‘we stated sorry no problem and put it up’ bartender still mad I guess because he had to do his job and wipe a counter off . Stood back rolling his eyes and now 30 minutes have gone by still no drink taken nor order place .. so we left …

Went a few blocks downs to Whisky Girl … Greeting was excellent at doo and bar top … Bartender Loraine went far a no above making drinks and being nice… Thanks whiskey Girl for making our first day start...

I wanted to go to a tavern for a solo dinner, and I was not disappointed. Good crowd, good venue, and awesome energy. For food, I ordered the Infierno burger with tots and an order of fried pickle chips. The fried pickles and burger were mid at best, leaving the tots to be the star of the food items. That being said, I looked at the menu before going, so I knew what I was going to get. The service was top notch, and that goes a long way in a high energy joint. If you’re from out of town and looking for a fun, laid back place to go in the Gaslamp District, you shouldn’t be disappointed here. Also, the open air feel adds some fun to the mix. I would go again for sure.

Went in early afternoon for lunch while waiting for my hotel room and get some work done (they have wifi, but was a little weak). Paid about $44 for small salad, couple beers, and the Salt and Pepper wings. Food was surprisingly good! The wings were large and hot right out of the fryer. I only wanted 5 wings, but must get full 10 order for their special wings (it was worth it). Shout out to Patrick for the good service. Only complaints were the counter top was dirty and sticky, tap list is weak, and TV positions are not ideal if you want to watch a sports game. So I could not give 5 stars.
