I would like to echo Maya Shah's sentiments. I have lived in this building for over a year now and since Gabriel has taken over as property manager nothing has gotten done. Our key fob system has been broken for over a year and so it complicates receiving deliveries among other things. Additionally, like Maya mentioned it is impossible to receive any response from anyone from property management. The only person I enjoy working with from this building is our maintenance guy Angel. He is the only one who responds and takes the time to help us with our issues. Trust me it is absolutely not worth the price to live here anymore. Gabriel and Kat are both the worst leasing agents I have ever met / dealt with. They were nice upon giving us a tour and getting us to sign and live here however after that they have completely neglected everything when it comes to property management. On the day of move in they didn’t confirm the time to hand off keys nor show up on time. The package room has my couch and I have been unable to open it for 5 days or receive any response about it.
