Bridal Breeze Wedding Dress Shop — Local services in San Francisco

I had a fine experience at Bridal Breeze. The communication was clear and Mary was nice and professional to work with. I booked a 90-min appointment and brought along one my bridesmaids, and paid the usual $25 for booking. We started our session at around 5:40 (a little earlier than my 6pm, as there was some communication from Mary earlier in the day that they could have me come a bit early). By 6:45 I’ve tried on six dresses and had a preference for two. When my friend and I looked further Mary told us politely and professionally that the session includes 6 dresses only. It was only about 70 min or so but that’s okay. So we left with Mary telling us she would send the quote of the two dresses to us. I never received the quote but fortunately found a dress somewhere else a few days later. Overall, the experience feels okay. No one was rude or anything, and Mary was smiley and nice during the interactions. Just compared with my visits to two other places I felt a bit let down and rushed (since no one else was after me at the appointment). I can’t recommend Bridal Breeze enough! I went to several stores in my search for the perfect dress, and Marina had the most thoughtfully curated selection of any I visited. She knows her stuff, has relationships with the designers/suppliers, and made me feel completely supported from the moment I walked in the door to my final try-on before pick-up. Because she was so exacting in her measurements and communicates so diligently with the designer, I have very few alterations to make.

One thing I’ll never forget: Marina listened to what I thought I wanted and knew in her gut which dress I would choose when we pulled styles. After I chose the dress, she told me she strategically placed it after a few others so I would feel like I had really tried some different styles and would come to realize that my dress was the perfect mix of elements I had liked in all the others before it. She gave her opinion to guide, not necessarily influence, and that’s a hard balance to strike! Thank you SO much Marina and team - I can’t wait to get married...

I came in very nervous about trying on wedding dresses for the first time, but Ariel immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took time to learn more about me and my wedding before walking me through the store. She took care to show me which sections to focus on based on my preferences and budget, giving me plenty of space and time to pick out a handful to try on. All of the dresses were beautiful, and Ariel took the time to help me understand the pros and cons of each.

I fell in love with one of the dresses, which was at the lower end of my price range. While the store probably would have made more money from me buying new, she let me know I could buy the sample for 30% less. She put absolutely no pressure on me to buy anything or make firm decisions. Thanks to all of this, I felt comfortable saying YES to the dress, and I took home my dream gown the same day.
