I'm not sure how this place is good at doing all barber stuff, but their customer service is despicable. I decided to try this place and book an appointment for the same day ( within 3 hours ). Then I discovered that I would have to stay longer at work, so I decided to be respectful and polite and cancel it. Square did not allow me to either rebook it or cancel it. I decided to call them rather than keep it and be very late or not make it.
Instead of saying thank you, their reservation lectured and scolded me that it was just 2 hours before. For the first time its ok , but next time…. .

The response was super aggressive, telling me I would have to pay double for a later time slot or I would be fined $200 for any new booking. I’ve never heard of this kind of policy for any barber.
