I’ve been to 4 Barre/Pilates studios. MNT is by far my favorite. All the instructors are kind and patient. They come by to make sure you’re properly aligned. I also really appreciate how they try to move more slowly so that you get the form right. I’ve been to classes where things move too fast to get a rhythm or make sure you’re exercising correctly. These classes are the perfect pace.At MNT, I’ve only been to the group barre and Pilates bootcamp. They were both great. The bootcamp class really challenged me and was great for getting my cardio. Regularly I would attend Kelli and Elaine’s class. Both of them were very kind and would point out my progress. I also went to Carlie, Gabby, Olivia, and Ellen’s classes. They were all really great I weren’t moving out of SF I would have never left. When I told Elaine I was leaving she even recommended a place for me to check out. As someone who rarely worked out, MNT had me looking forward to working out and waking up early to do it. I can’t reccomend this place enough. They really make you feel personally cared for. Read moreI’ve completely fallen in love with Pilates Reformer since joining MNT Pilates Studio — and I can honestly say I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, even at 42! This place has completely transformed the way I approach fitness.
The classes are consistently challenging in the best way possible. They incorporate weights into traditional Reformer Pilates, making for a dynamic, full-body workout every time. I especially appreciate that each class offers three different levels, so you can push yourself or modify depending on what your body needs that day.
What truly sets MNT apart, though, is the incredible sense of community. I recently completed their “25 classes in 30 days” challenge, and the encouragement I received from the instructors and fellow members was amazing. Everyone was genuinely rooting for me, which made the experience even more rewarding.
Every instructor is fantastic — knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive — and no matter which class I take, I always leave feeling stronger and more energized.

Barbara, the owner, has created something truly unique—not only is the studio absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, but it also feels like a home base.
