SoMa Food Court — Restaurant in San Francisco

My coworker placed an order two weeks ago, we waited, and waited, and waited. They finally told him that the Kitchen for his order was closed... even after telling him twice that it was still being made. I think he eventually got a refund.

Well, it happened to me today. I ordered, pickup time came and went, asked at the register what was up, was told it was being made... 15 minutes later I ask what's up. The counter person walks back to the kitchen... comes back, grabs his supervisor, they both walk back, then they come back and the Supervisor tells me that particular restaurant was closed today. I asked how it's possible that they keep doing this... she had no answer. BUT, she was able to process my refund before I walked away (so u guys get an extra star for that).

It's too bad because I enjoyed the food there. Seems like this is an ongoing problem. That's probably my last order...

I strongly advise avoiding SomA Food Court in the evenings. The area becomes extremely unsafe due to dozens of DoorDash delivery drivers illegally parking and loitering, making the streets impassable. I was harassed and forced to reverse down the road just for driving correctly. It’s a chaotic mess every night, with no control or enforcement. Not what I was expecting at all. It says food court but it is just a window with a bunch of lockers. It's almost completely food delivery guys. It looked pretty dirty on the outside and the alley in front was dirty as well. On the other side of the window (where the food comes from) seems clean. The food was pretty good. There is not anywhere to eat, so this place is only good if you are getting...
