Rockwell — Restaurant in San Francisco

I went there with my friends for a few drinks. Music was pretty good and crowd pretty nice BUT the people who work there, especially the ones who are moving tables and chairs around 10pm to set up the dance floor were extremely rude, bouncing us from the table to the bar, then 5min later telling us “we need those chairs”, not a single “hey sorry thanks”, then 5 min later pushing me to put this thing on the dance floor, again without a word. And to make it perfect, the waiter took my glass of beer which was not even finished. At least he was kind enough to give me a refill. To sum it all up, this place is very average, waiters will serve you a big fake commercial smile hoping for a juicy tip and some others won’t even give a damn and be very rude. Move along to...

Good music. That’s about it in terms of major pros. I usually come because the bar is empty at nights and I can bring a large group without worry of the place being too full but sometimes the bouncers will try to charge cover when the place is maybe at 5-10% capacity and I’m about to bring in 15 people all ready to buy shots. Food is decent but very over priced. Used to it living in sf , but what really irked me was the service. If it was just slow that would have been fine, but the wait staff was extremely rude! The bus boy came onto his shift halfway through our meal and decided it was okay to sass us for not hearing his question.
