While the massage treatments themselves were fine, I do not recommend Rendmint due to their incapable management and appalling customer service.
My massage was interrupted 2x with the door left open while I was naked on the table. After the 2nd time, my masseuse abruptly left and another one took her place.
The front desk and Shivon the manager was unprofessional and rude.
The overcharged me and have not called me back despite me repeatedly reaching out. At this point, it's not about the cost, it's about the principle and appalling management.
I treated my friend and myself to a massage. We arrived on time and I was taken first to the room for a deep tissue massage. I was interrupted TWO times in the middle of my session where the masseuse was pulled away by front desk leaving me naked on the table with the door open. Apparently the masseuse treating me should have been treating my friend .
After much commotion, I received a totally new masseuse. Despite the interruptions and delays to my treatment, the session ended at the original start time.
My friend's treatment did not start until 20 minutes after the start time due to RedMint's errors. Her treatment was extremely rushed and incomplete. Instead of honoring the original 50 minute session, they ended at the original start time despite the 20 min late start. Instead of a 50 min treatment, she only received a 30minutes treatment.
Instead of trying to correct for their mishaps, I had to ask request to speak to the manager. After speaking to Shivon, the manager, they agreed to take 20% off the services.
They were not able to figure out how to correct the bill. After waiting for an additional 30 minutes,I asked that they follow up over email to confirm the transaction was corrected.
Since then, I received NO email follow up. I called multiple times to speak to the manager and supervisor, whom i was told will call me back when they didn't.
Since then, I've received no price adjustment and no communication.
I understand mistakes happen but the lack of follow up, communication, and basic customer service...

I am loathe to speak ill of anyone in this profession, and do not like to negatively impact someone's business. However after hearing from yet another person who had the same experience I did, I felt it necessary to write this.
At the beginning of the year I was suddenly in an extreme amount of pain in my right axilla (armpit) that I knew a good lymphatic massage would fix. I googled places in the area and Redmint was very highly recommended. I was very grateful they were able to take me last minute, and couldn't wait to feel relief.
Unfortunately, they do not do lymphatic massage here. It is false advertising, and frankly they should be ashamed saying they offer it. I felt absolutely no relief from whatever massage was given to me, and the "techniques" that were used were not proper lymphatic techniques. The work was incorrect, but I stayed for the whole service as I was so desperate for some pain relief. The reason I know for a fact that I was not given a proper lymphatic massage is because I am a certified lymphatic massage therapist. I did not disclose this to the therapist working on me because that shouldn't be necessary to receive adequate care.
I sincerely hope they either make sure their therapists have the proper accreditation before claiming they can offer modalities they are not proficient in, or else stop offering it all together.
I cannot speak to the other services here. I assume they are lovely. But do not go here for a lymphatic massage.

However, the front desk people at Redmint can be extremely rude, even with regular customers. They have no customer service skills and act entitled. Yesterday after my relaxing acupuncture service I went to check out and told the front desk person to add a $20 tip for the acupuncturist, which I thought it was fair and generous. She IGNORED me and added a 20% tip, I asked her to change it and she was so deliberately RUDE. This went on for about 5 min or so and the entire time she acted extremely condescending. This experience completely cancelled out my acupuncture service that I just had and I left feeling anxious and stressed. I would like to note that I've been coming here for almost a year and this has never happened before, I've been always able to chose the tip amount and I have always tipped! I'm also adding in that I've spent thousands of dollars here so far, so it's not a money issue but a principles issue. In fact, this was my second service this month alone.
Also, I have recommended this place to over 15 people between friends and work colleagues and heard similar things about the front desk people but I had never encountered any issues until my experience with the woman working the Tuesday evening shift.
They have messed up charges and double charged me in the past but I never cared because mistakes happen and I love investing and self care. But this person chose to be rude. I would still recommend the services here but make sure to tip the person in cash so the front desk...
