Cullen Jewellery was chosen by my soon to be Fiance (at the time) to seek out and potentially use for her ring. We had visited Cullen Jewellery in Sydney back in 2024, after many months of looking on their website for design inspirations and their huge portfolio of available lab grown diamonds. We had picked out 12 or so. Upon visiting the showroom, we were greeting by a very warm and welcoming staff, which gave us 30 mins of very useful insite and tips in choosing the perfect ring.

Fast Forward to Dec 2024, I had visited the now open Adelaide Office and to my surprise only 1 of the 12 picked out diamonds were still available (it was the one we wanted!). I then immediately made the decision to purchase the custom platinum ring and diamond then and there. Informed by the Staff there that it would take 10 to 12 weeks to be completed. Fair enough~

Come March 2025, proposal date, the ring was running late, it had been completed in Melbourne, however would not make it for the date. Luckily my best man was going to Melbourne for a concert, and was able to pick up the ring from the Melbourne Office. (Kind of wished we got a discount for picking up instead of express shipping, cause the stress was really bad 2 - 3 days prior)

Long story short, I had it in the palm of my hand on the morning of, and it looked Stunning! We were concerned about the colour and being a lab grown, and all these other concerns pointed out of by the oldies. But it was beautiful.

What we would advise for anyone buying of Cullens: Give yourself plenty of time, 12 weeks minimal Inspect the ring on arrival

10/10 experience! Victoria was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The showroom itself was very light, clean, and beautiful. It was also a plus they had mirrors right behind the desks to view yourself trying on the items.

They had the selection of engagement rings I was hoping to see in store as well as some wedding bands they had selected that might’ve complimented the ring (we did ask to view wedding bands in our appointment scheduling). Victoria picked out beautiful bands to pair and I was very happy with the options. We reviewed the 4 c’s, she relayed information about Cullen specific jewelry and overall we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience.
