Came here almost a year ago and bought several items. One of my favorite item was my Ring. Recently i realized an issue with my ring which required repairing. Came back to The same location and spoke with Ron. Told Ron my Story and how i am not from San Francisco and we made an Extra trip here from our vacation. Ron was SUPER AMAZING. Instead of having my go through the entire lenghty process of going thru the warrently ad through Swarovski, he search his inventory, Made a few phone calls, and i was wearing the exact same ring "New". I can not EXPRESS my gratitude enough for Ron making sure that i was a happy customer and him knowing how much the ring ment to me and that i didnt have to wait. EXCELLENT SERVICE THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICES IS ALL ABOUT...TAKING THOSE EXTRA STEPS, GOING THAT EXTRA MILE TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY...AND WANTING TO COME BACK FOR MORE...

The reason I gave the store five start because I bought bag that is not in stock. I paid almost $300 dollars in advance and waited for them to ship to me. After a few days, the boss told me they cannot find the bag I want for me. Then they return all the money back to my account. It was a quick process. Actually, at that time I was already back to Boston. If they don't want to return the money to me, I have no idea how to deal with that. But this store is honest, dependable and credible. The nerve of him. Not to mention that he did not admitting that he was sorry if he sound rude.
