Go here only if you have at the very minimum 2 hours to spare per service you need. They take appointments but I don't think the appointment means anything, because they also accept as many customers walk in, and they keep the customer waiting. A technician will do half your service, then go to someone else, and keep switching (and this isn't a one off thing, I've had this experience multiple times). I still continue to go if I have a lot of time to spare, cuz they do a good job. But my latest appointment lasted 4 hours, reason to follow.
My appointment was at 5pm for a regular pedicure and a dip extension manicure. I reached at 5, they started my pedicure at 530, ended at 630. Then they started my manicure at 7pm. Halfway through the manicure, she started applying gel extensions (even tho I had cleared it 2 times earlier that I needed a dip manicure). She justified it by saying "everyone wants gel" but SO WHAT? I didn't. Then she had to remove the gel glue and do dip nails instead. This went on till 8. Then I waited again till 830 while she serviced someone else. Then she came back for the color, but here again she started applying gel nailcolor, when I stopped her she said "extension is dip but color is gel, that's what everyone does" but my point is - why did they even accept my dip appointment if they wanted to make a fool out of me and do gel anyway? How does it matter if everyone gets gel, dip is what suits me more. Then she started getting frustrated cuz it was way past closing time but how is that my fault? They made me wait 1.5 hours for a 1.5 hour service? What do I do about my wasted time?
They should not be taking in so many customers if they can't service them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe start of my appointment wasn't a good first impression. I booked online for gel extensions, when I arrived she started filling the pedi bowl for me. Ok, simple misunderstanding. It was when I was sat down and a walk in and another appointment that came in after me were started before me and were finished before me. I felt ignored. The biggest disappointment was finally getting started and being told point blank "no i won't do that" when I showed a picture of what I wanted. I chose here because the reviews had photos of designs like what I wanted, only to find out she didn't want to do any of my suggestions, even simplified versions of what i originally wanted. I left with a simple black French tip. I appreciated her making sure the French tips were clean and perfect, and she was gentle. She clearly has the skill to do designs. Overall, an adequate experience, certainly not my worst, but I dont think I would go back if I wasn't only in the area...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was my first time ever getting my nails done and I think they realized that and took advantage of it. I did minimal research and knew what I wanted but when I went in they kept insisting on other more expensive options and when I would say, āoh no itās ok I want this.ā They would insist and basically pressure me as they didnāt give up until I agreed. I know itās my own fault and I shouldāve kept insisting but I didnāt want to be rude, and through the entire appointment they were rather rude and dismissive of me and my friend who I went with was sitting there waiting for someone to work on her nails while one person was just watching the lady do my nails for 20minutes. The nails ended up cute but I do NOT appreciate how they kept trying to get me to spend more and more money. They also didnāt even ask my friend what she wanted done to her nails and assumed she hair...
