Went in for a gel mani and pedi which totaled $80. They staff are very skilled in cleaning up cuticles and polish. I walked in without appointment, like, second client of the day, and was immediately able to sit and be serviced. Both ladies picked out my polish colors for me after telling them what I was looking for and, although simple, they now what will look good for you. Peaceful, quick, and superbly well-done. They do prefer cash payment. However, I think they prefer tip in cash more than cash payment for services. Great experience and will definitely recommend and come back. I also must say that I don’t go out often to get mani/pedi services, so this was definitely a delightful experience that will encourage me to go out for more pampering services in the future....

I came here three weeks ago to have my hard gel manicure removed, followed by a regular manicure. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The nail tech over-filed and sanded down my nails so aggressively that they became heat-sensitive, fragile, and prone to breaking and ripping daily.

During the process, I told the nail tech that I could feel intense heat from the sanding tool, but she just laughed and said it was normal (it’s not). Now that my nails have started growing out, I can clearly see the difference in thickness—my natural nail is strong and healthy, while the portion that was over-filed is thin and damaged down to the skin. When I first moved to SF, I wasn’t able to find a salon in the city that is this good!! First of all, the salon is so clean and lovely, i immediately am relaxed in the comfy booth chairs. Second of all, these women are so incredibly kind, hospitable, friendly, and warm. They really give it their all and my nails look PERFECT every time. They know their craft and take pride in it.
