So my friend lives a block from this famous corner. It's a nice place. I like the art and the homelessness isn't a problem because they aren't there to bother you. They are there for really no reason. It's kinda cool to watch the crazy ones yell at no one. Anyway, art is cool. It's expensive and the hipsters and yuppies have taken over. You know the deal. It's the same everywhere else.... just this place...
