The lemonade & piña coladas were delicious! But it’s all about experience, the young lady who works on Thursday is very rude, her face tells you don’t approach me. She seems like she doesn’t want to be there, so I think you should do her a favor and replace her with someone who wants to serve the public… I went to avocado eatery, Choco eatery and what a delight to go there but, Piña Loka service was really a zero. You’re in San Juan one of the main streets with shops so it’s all about the experience and she( Thursday's counter person) made me feel as if I annoyed her when I asked if lemonade had different sizes. I’ll never go back with that kinda service, nope won’t give you my money & not welcoming to the establishment at all. All 7 of my party asked ourselves what’s wrong...

The drink was good. The acai bowl was not smooth at all, although it may be their style. The acai was like a snow cone texture with big chunks of frozen pieces. The fruit is not fresh, more so frozen, but still okay. The piña colada drink was delicious, but terrible presentation. The service of the two ladies there was subpar, cleaning and disposing of waste instead of servicing customers. Hand hygiene was not practiced after completing those tasks. The atmosphere and environment was smelly and sticky. A big downgrade from when I was last there. It's as if they don't care for upkeep of their establishment. They no longer style or garnish the drinks or have the company name/logo on the cups...

Had really wanted to try this place out, signs outside said Piña coladas for $4. However, inside menu says that piña coladas are $4.50 and is a total scam because that price is without alcohol. The place was crowded with store workers and people in line but only one girl was taking orders and actually making them. While in line we watched 4-5 workers standing around doing nothing and chatting while the one actually working couldn't keep up. Better take your business to Yeyo's a few streets down and get piña coladas 2 for $14 with no false...
