The parking attendant lost our key, evidently because he accidentally put it in another car. He made no apparent effort to try to find the key on his own and then, unfortunately, he became aggressive with me in front of my my elderly parents, before we left and had to get involvement from the local police. The parking lot gentleman told us that he had recorded me on video putting my own key back in my pocket, but when the police inspected the video they found that he was not telling the truth. Thankfully, another individual found the key in a different car, and the problem was resolved.
I do not recommend using this parking lot due to the aggressive nature of the parking attendant, and an alternative to this lot would be the parking lot near the convento approximately two or three blocks...

The attendant pretended like he did not understand English and denied smashing the car although there was evidence that he had. He also refused to give us a person to contact and walked away to “call his boss” after pretending he didn’t have his phone number. Our flight was at 9am and he told us to “come back at 10am” so we could talk to someone about what happened. I would definitely not recommend...
