My daughter tried to pay using her debit card twice but the store system was, supposedly, not working properly and the transaction could not be finalized. She had to leave without the bracelets however, her bank account was showing two pending charges. The store representatives indicated that her transaction will be cancelled and no money will be taken from her account. However, after 36 hours, the two transactions were finalized and the money removed from her account. We called requesting a refund but so far, the money has not...
