I am a local and a member for over 10 years. This is by far the best gym in the area. The gym previously called International Fitness Gym has a new owner. A blend of hard core and a chain franchise. The equipment is acceptable and the facilities clean and pleasant. Under the new owner Jonas, who owns a high profile gym in NYC, the management has significantly improved the offering, including now boxing, and new cardio machines. We locals are very happy for the new management strategies and offerings and sense of community this gym...

GYM IS NOT CLOSED, the entrance is at the back and if it's your first time you need to knock. It's a great gym, the staff are nice, it's never crowded and it has a decent selection of machines and free weights, really good spot...

Over charge for 2 days is not worth it .. told me one think the first day and another the next but whatever he needs the money more...
