Nagoya Sushi & Tiki Bar Condado — Restaurant in San Juan

I love Nagoya but the experience I had today with my partner was ridiculous, let’s start off with it was a bit busy today which is totally normal we were sat in a table that was not cleaned from previous party that ate there. We were attend by a puerto rican girl with a long braided ponytail, we were given the menu and we ordered as fast as possible since it was so busy and we already knew what we would like. After 30 minutes our appetizer arrived which was a Seafood Spring Roll which was fine. It comes into play our servers never came to check on us and tell us that the food would be taking a little long if the kitchen she looked at us and said what do you want me to do obviously you can not reheat the sushi and you proceed to tell us we would have to wait for a new roll which is when we decided to forget about it because we ordered a churrasco lo mein we were already seating at the table for more than an hour with just spring rolls no refills on our drinks no communication from the server and after 20 minutes the table behind us which arrived later proceed to get a churrasco lo mein 4 sushi rolls and 3 appetizers and that moments we decided to leave with still no service or communication from our server. 0/10 I really do love this restaurant but today the service I received...

Found this place on google maps and decided to try it since it was within walking distance of our hotel. We saw some bad reviews but decided to take a chance. A women sat us down and gave us the menus but then immediately walked away from our table and didn’t ask what we wanted to drink. She came back a few minutes later and asked what we wanted to drink and got them for us. We were still deciding what we wanted to eat when she came back to our table and asked if we meant to be here. This was very odd, she asked if we meant to come here(Nagoya) or to Pangea the restaurant beside it. We said yes and asked for an appetizer of fried calamari. We then waited 30 minutes for our appetizer and throughout this time she never asked for our order; which was very weird. By now we were all very hungry and ready to leave. We went over to this man who worked there and told him that we were leaving because we couldn’t wait anymore. Moral of the story DO NOT GO THERE unless you are planning to wait hours for your food. If you want good Sushi or Asian cuisine go to Tayzan it is a few doors down from Nagoya and would 10/10...

My first and last time eating in this place during my vacation in PuertoRico this place was recommended as one of the best but since me and my family walk in the waitress Cindy completely acted like if we work there asked us to put the table together and sit because they were only single dirty tables outside which we didn't mind but we had to request for her to please clean it twice and than I dont know if she felt bothered but she never came back to ask for the order or drinks on a 20mins wait we decided to place the order over the phone to go because we saw her taking later arrival tables order but ours and what a surprise Cindy the same waitress who left us unattended took our order in less than a minute and than we let her know we were he unattended table terrible experience never ever coming back I felt that becausewe didn't look like tourist she treated us less it wasn't even busy if not I would of understand (Mi primera y ultima vez comiendo en este lugar terrible servicio si no...
