Only giving 2 stars because the employees have been very kind to us. My partner bought this ring for me end of December 2024, I noticed it started to discolor in April 2025 and I brought it to get it cleaned because I thought it was tarnished. Come to find out the color of metal is fading. I spoke with the manager and she dipped it for me. I was there when the store was closing, went home and went to bed. I woke up and the ring was in worse shape than when I brought it in. I’ve owned sterling silver for years and I’ve never had anything like this happened. I’ve owned sterling silver from Amazon to pandora and I’ve never used chemicals nor had an allergic reaction unless the metal is fake…. I’m so angry and disappointed with this store, I went from having a beautiful ring for a few months and being proud, got lots of compliments to now hating just looking at it. I’m embarrassed to wear it anywhere and people still see it from afar and want a closer look. It’s so ugly and it makes my representation of my partner look like I don’t care for my jewelry or our relationship at all. I’ll never shop here again, I’ll never recommend this place either. The metal is obviously cheap as all heck and probably fake. I’m just thankful my partner spent $60 when it was on sale verses the $350 the ring originally was. Horrible customer service on...

From watches to rings, this place has everything you’re looking for. I came in here to find a Mother’s Day gift and I’m pretty sure this is the only place I’ll be going to when it comes to jewelry/accessories. They were all so reasonably priced and the pieces were stunning, the staff was all very knowledgeable and explained things super clearly. Demi and Kylie exceeded my expectations of customer service, and I got to meet the owner (another Kylie, which is so fun) who was more than accommodating - I don’t know anything about jewelry, and they were all super helpful. I didn’t feel pressured into buying things but they helped me figure out some really beautiful pieces that my mom ended up absolutely LOVING, 10/10 will be coming back here time and again.

You really can’t go wrong buying from this place. Genuinely and truly. Thank you Diamond Depot for making my Mother’s Day so special!!! (I don’t know if I will be able to figure out how to one-up this next year…. 😉) I’ll definitely be coming back soon. 💍🩵

Edit to add: also forgot to add that I bought my mom and stepdad rings here for their anniversary, and they loved them! I didn’t get a picture of them though, they had to resize one of the rings but did it...

Do not buy from this company, i bought what i thought was a really good deal on their tungsten rings. Soon after went on orders and obviously didn’t bring my ring with me, when I got back I had the ring on for no more than two days before it completely broke from minimal use. As the reputation for tungsten being pretty formidable I was pretty disappointed. I went in for a return and they immediately told me that they couldn’t refund and only do in store exchange. I explained my situation, stating how the ring hadn’t even lasted longer than realistically a week of wear, and they disregarded any kind consideration beside an in store exchange/replacement.

Granted the workers were very kind about the matter, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND buying products from this company, unless you want to be stuck with a low quality product, and only willing to exchange it for other low quality items in the store.
