Me and my boyfriend were there the other day and we ordered 2 smoothies. It wasn't to busy and they were not organized. No one knew whos drinks were whos. They threw a drink on the counter and we asked if it was the strawberry banana smoothie we ordered to which an employee (I'm guessing the manager) responded with "Does that look strawberry colored to you?" the drink had a lid covering it and we had no clue what to expect. As we were still waiting, we saw the same employee put a $10 bill in his wallet. After waiting a while we took a wild guess based on time and the slight color we saw through the lid and grabbed our drinks. Food for thought- when your employees don't know first grade math, theres a problem. I'm pretty sure it's standard to know how to add and subract when working with money. But, then again, I guess 10-4 is a super hard equation. So how about this- keep a calculator next to the register so that the next time a customer hands an employee $.10 after giving $10 for a $9.04 order, he doesn't look stupid when he tells the customer its too late cuz he already entered the $10 bill, but didn't know first grade math to figure out that extra dime she handed him made her change $1.06 instead. In at 815 PM three girls working, busy giggling drinking soda and eating. I asked if they had the chicken bacon sandwich and they said we have hot dogs and wraps. I asked if that meant they didn't have the chicken sandwiches available?
