Great store that has a great location downtown. The staff is usually really helpful and knowledgeable about what games you might enjoy. Only once did I feel that the staff member didn't really want to help me out finding a game. But other than that, I've had good experiences there. If they don't have something in stock they will always try to order it for you. They'll even reserve copies of new games for you. Really the only local game store in town, unless you count Metro, which is more of a comic book store and miniature gaming place--not my scene.
If you're into buying games, support this store! Don't let Amazon or online retailers take all your money, even if they are cheaper. Read moreOne of the employees is pretty unwilling to listen to concerns (cannot remember his name). I knew for a fact that a game was priced incorrectly because I was just there a couple weeks prior. I had proof and he just didn't seem to know what he was talking about. He lost the store about $100 worth of sales that would have otherwise come from me.
