I came into this store on Wednesday Nov 7 around 12:00pm to make a return. There was no one around in the store, I had to search for an employee to help me. When I finally found someone, I asked to be helped at the counter as I wanted to make a return. She rolled her eyes as she walked to the counter. Everything went down hill from there. I had told her I had bought the backpack a few days ago but I did not have the receipt for it. She immediately said there was nothing they could do about it, So I opted to call customer support, and after 40 minutes on the phone I successfully got a hold of the receipt. I walked into the store again, I had to ask to be helped at the counter again, it was the same short young lady. When I told her I had the receipt for it after calling customer support. She got upset, and told me I had lied to her telling her that I had bought the item a day ago and because of that she was not going to take the return. I repeated myself and reminded her that that was not true, as I initially told her I had bought it a few days ago and there was a receipt for it. She got defensive and basically called me a lier. When the receipt clearly showed I had, in fact, bought it days ago. Within the return window. I asked to speak with a manager in which she responded she was the only manager in the store. I had to make the return online after talking to customer support. By far the worst customer service experience I ever had. I wouldn’t recommend coming into this store just because of her negative energy alone. Take your business somewhere else or shop online. I hope the employees at this store get a better training, and do better at hiring friendly,...
Read moremy experience was very good when i bought a penny board the salesman was very happy to talk to me and what not but i asked him what was the return policy and he turns to another man to ask him and he says 30 days (i only have a penny board on the counter) im new to skating so i was seeing if a penny board would do anyway i didnt feel happy bout it i felt like something was wrong with the board so i come the next day and try and return but the manager tells me that its a final sale WOW! i wish i would have been told that or have a lil sign on the board letting me know before or have someone let me know before. SO i let her know what happend that i asked already about the return policy but she didnt care she just said sorry bro its final sale, why couldnt i get my money back with an exception because i was informed it was 30 days i could return it. very unhappy felt like...
