I recently had my ROL ring repaired at SFGW.I just have to let you all know how absolutely thrilled I am with my ring! The skill of the craftsman with the intricate work involved along with the color of stones selected are spectacular! Thank you to the jewelers, staff and Presley (what a sweetheart) for your professionalism in every way for the second time! The original purchase of my ring as well as this repair to replace all fire opals and straightening the prongs for the center diamond were both done long distance, with complete trust in your staff. I continue to receive compliments on the beauty of this piece of art from close friends and strangers alike. While you had it for repair I told friends and family that “I almost loved it to death! “🥹 It is my wedding ring so I wear it every day. Even though I do not live in New Mexico I gladly tell anyone who asks about your wonderful shop, even the sales manager of another jewelry store was very impressed and now knows about SFGW! I am extremely disappointed with this jewelry store and will not be returning. We purchased a $13,000 ring and have been waiting over a year for the diamond certificate, despite following up multiple times. Each time, we were told it was “in the mail” or “on its way.” At this point, I’m beginning to question whether the diamond is even certified.

Additionally, I purchased another ring and tried to exchange it for a higher-quality option within 14 days, well within their 21-day return policy. However, I was told the ring had two discolorations and a crack, and they charged me $220, claiming it was my fault. This is unacceptable, as the ring was clearly sold to us in this condition and wasn’t properly inspected until I returned it. I wore the ring only once in the two weeks I had it, and when I questioned the issue, they blamed it on the use of lotion and claimed their rings are “fragile.” They refused to take any responsibility for the damage.

I stopped by the shop in June after looking up stores while visiting on my road trip. Knowing that the pieces are designed and created in-house is really great, and a different experience than just going to a jewelry store that's buying wholesale designer jewelry you can get anywhere. The greatest salesperson, Dawna, helped me and instantly picked up on styles that caught my eye. Dawna educated on turquoise as well. She showed me some great examples of custom work that can be done- really high quality work and I am thrilled for any bridea choosing Santa Fe Goldworks for their wedding pieces. I chose this beautiful ring that reminds me of the Earth and my road trip through New Mexico and called it my anniversary present a week early. I wouldn't find a piece like this in any other place and I wear it every day. I encourage anyone visiting to stop by and look at the incredible and unique pieces.
