Boundary Village — Local services in Savannah

Easily the best SCAD "On Campus" housing option for students. I've lived for two years in the 4000 Block. Each apartment-style dorm room has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen/living room area. The dorms aren't huge, but they provide enough room to get by.

If any of the utilities break, maintenance requests are usually completed in a timely manner.

It's relatively quiet, as most students are upper classman.

Only downside is the occasional roach, but it's Savannah, so you'll have a difficult time finding a place that a roach can't access. Get a few roach traps and a good vacuum cleaner, and you'll be perfectly fine.
