i’ve been going here since the ending of august 2021 i didn’t start having problems untill october 2021 as you can tell the difference my boyfriend brings me and i always get either a fill in & pedicure or full set o& pedicure my pink set was beautiful, the purple set was also beautiful!! i remember back in october with my yellow set i google translated the ladies conversation as a joke and another worker tried to service me but my nail tech said “ oh no this my client , good tipper “ so i started paying attention since clearly yall kno me and yk how i like to be serviced because “ ima good tipper so w my yellow set i felt like she rushed and i said something i NEVER keep my mouth close if i feel some way i speak up !! with my cow set i asked for straighter nails because sometimes their bulky and i don’t like that at all she said she’d file it down my nails were still fat therefore i didn’t tip my usual $25 i tip $10 &10 to who did my toes , fast forward to the set i have currently she completely rushed she dented one nail and laughed my nails are crooked i said “ their crooked “ she said “ i fix for you “ and continued polishing i then pointed out how both hands the nails look sloppy applied and she said “ you picky how boyfriend handle you “ and i laughed with her and said “ well he’s paying so he’s not want to pay for anything i don’t like “ i went to to the back and they charged my boyfriend $165 for nails literally so i addressed it because that’s a lot for nails that’s not even worth it now the service and quality i got w that purple set i would’ve paid $165 but for these ice cream nails absolutely not but ofc they refused a refund and she said “next time pick something else “ lol the more i went the less they cared about their quality and professionalism and just started throwing prices ! i will never step foot in there again tho i...

Awful experience! I wanted to have a relaxing girl's day with my daughters and Posh ruined that for us! They were playing loud explicit rap music while my young children and others were present. When I asked the lady to please change the music because it was not appropriate for children, she replied, "you don't like?" Uh ...no, whole point of me asking. Would you let your children listen to that kind of garbage? So, the music stopped for about 20 mins. As I move to another station it's back on again! You all have no respect for your clients with children and have poor taste to play filthy music in a "professional" nail salon! To make matters worse my young daughter was cut with a drill during her manicure. I was given the worst facial wax ever! The lady was so rough. She slapped the wax on my face and she did not do a thorough job. I let her know, ma'am you are hurting me. That was obviously ignored because I left the shop in pain. Requested to speak to manager and was only given $10 off my services that were close to $200! Really?! I am very unsatisfied with their services and I will not return. If you are looking for a relaxing salon experience, find another salon who has class and treats their customers with dignity...

This was the only place I used to get my nails done since 2015 I stopped coming years ago because they kept switching people so I never kept a regular tech. I gave them a shot today because I was desperate but I regret it. I picked out the color I wanted for my hands & feet i always get regular on my feet & just find a matching color but today they did my feet 1st & when it came time to do my hands i couldn't get the matching color cause it didn't have a number or whatever so i had to go pick a color that was close but it was nothing to choose from. I'm not one to give someone a hard time so I'm quiet. During my "deluxe" pedicure i feel like the lady did not take her time & she didn't even massage me well & I asked her about it her response was "i did it already you don't remember?" After that i left her alone i already had it in my mind i just wasn't going to return. As for the guy who did my hands he was ok he lacked customer service he was 1. On his phone 2. Would barely open his mouth when i had questions 3. Didn't even clean up my nails, there is dry paint all over my fingers my they just did not look freshly done.
