Calling for the past 4 days no response, no care, no compassion for potential clients. City Hall security refered me to them and nothing was done. They asked for copies of my moms life insurance polices and my information and police reports as result nothing was done. No care no call back no compassion. Very unprofessional. As i just got off the phone with a rep they had me on hold just to listen to me stress about finding a genuine attorney who wont ignore me and literally hung up in my face.
