Beautiful condo in the most convenient part of lovely Savannah. Close to everything, food, gas, events, and just a few blocks down the street from SCAD. Our SCAD student was able to walk from The Hive to this gorgeous condo in approximately 8 minutes. Or if your SCAD-ling isn't fond of walking, O-House is just a block away, and your kiddo can ride the bus from The Hive to O-House.

As SCAD Parents, we have the "Park Savannah" app downloaded on our phones and chose to part 2 blocks behind this property on Hull St. for $12 a day. We walked everywhere, so the only time we had to find another spot was after a quick trip to Tybee Island (approximately 20ish minutes away).

The condo itself is gorgeous with everything you'll need for your trip. There were plenty of fluffy, white towels, extra blankets, and pillows. We were able to cook dinner, dessert, and even a few breakfasts during our stay. The cool air flowed for us the entire trip. If you run on the cold side, bring cozy pj's. My husband was extremely comfortable with the air settings.

Communication was excellent the entire trip. Condo is easy to access with each access code (outdoor and indoor). Having an elevator to get you up to the 3rd floor was so nice, especially after a full day of walking beautiful Savannah.

Great restaurants within walking distance, Mellow Mushroom, Savannah Smokehouse, Toast All Day, Funky Bunch Cafe, and a host of others. Parker's is just 2 blocks up and around the corner with great deli and snack options.

Great location, excellent hosts, beautiful neighborhood, and amazing condo. We look forward to staying again in the future!

We had a great stay over all. Here are a couple of pointers. The bedrooms have a remote that operates the lights above the bed. (The remotes will work even if you’re not in the same room. The first night we did not know this and my son came had gone out and’s come back after my husband and I had gone to bed. When he turned his light on, ours came on also which did not immediately wake me up. I am not sure how much time went by, but I eventually woke up and thought that my husband had left the light on even he went to bed. Do I got up and clicked it off. The next morning, my son told me that he woke up in the middle of the night and his light was on.. We chalked it up to maybe one of the buttons on the remote it’s a timer, not realizing the remote in our room could control his light and vice verse. But we figured it out. The location is perfect for what we wanted. Just minutes away from all the fun. The lock box was a little hard. I enjoyed walking down the street, watching all the activities happen at the park which is literally across the street. The host is very responsive. Loved the hardwood floors. There is a stackable washer and dryer. The rooms were very clean. The shower has both the overhead and hand held ( make sure you have the hand held one pointing in a direction that the water won’t spray you when you turn it. ( I did not realize the water was going to come out of the hand held one ).. imagine my surprise. It...

The home we rented through South Key Management in Savannah was beautiful and worked perfectly for our group. The space was clean, and the location near the river was a huge plus. We enjoyed being just a short drive from downtown while still having a private outdoor area to unwind. The house itself definitely met our expectations.

That said, the booking process was incredibly frustrating. Despite asking to pay in full multiple times, I was made to split payments unnecessarily. We were also quoted different prices at various points, and I had to reach out to multiple people just to have the original quote honored.

Communication leading up to our trip was poor. I requested check-in instructions and the property address a week in advance to help our group plan — especially since we were all traveling from out of state. I was told nothing would be sent until 48 hours before arrival, which was frustrating but understandable. However, when that window passed, I still heard nothing. I had to email and call several times with no response. We didn’t receive the property info until less than 24 hours before check-in.

We also requested a late check-out, which was never acknowledged or followed up on.
