Urban Outfitters — Local services in Savannah

I am super big on customer service and at this urban outfitters left a bad taste in my mouth. I in there for a good hour plus and it was completely dead. I was shopping for my boyfriend so I was all over the place not knowing what to get. There was so many associates on staff and not one spoke or even looked in my direction. They were too busy having conversations with each other. Yes, I could of asked for help but as a shopper thats not my duty. I ended up spending 200 on my significant other because he loves this store. My 14yr old girls where in line today (I was outside holding their waters) and the check out girl told them they needed to move over and then waved another customer over to go in front of them so they stayed where they where and then she did it again trying to wave another customer in front of them but that customer said “they where in front of me” and the cashier said “who cares they can go after you” but the customer said “no it’s their turn” she rolled her eyes and was very rude. Had I been with them i’m sure this wouldn’t have happened. this is a great urban outfitters store! i've been shopping for a long time at the store, and i've never seen one like this. its spacious and big! it has 3 floors and so many great items. it probably has at least one thing you are looking for. all sizes, all shapes, all designs, all aesthetics. there is a huge variety of records and clothes! they have fitting rooms to try everything on, and very nice staff. i would definitely visit again! i found everything from skincare to toys to clothes, and more. the prices are fair for everything. thank you for an amazing experience! one of the best urbans i have...
