I regret to inform you that I recently encountered some challenges while dealing with the Savannah location. Upon entering the property on 10-15-23 I was greeted by Mandy(front desk rep) who had an attitude from the very beginning. I said Good Afternoon gave her my name and told her I was at the property to use the Owner's lounge. She told me she did not see any notes for me having access to the owners lounge. I explained I was just at the property on Tuesday in the owners lounge and was told I would be to access the lounge again on Sunday. I explained to her my guests was on the way and we needed to try and resolve this situation. I explained to her upon becoming an owner I was told that we have a variety of properties that owners can use for parties and events. I asked did we have one in Savannah because I am a photographer and I love using a variety of locations. I was told yes we do, you just always have to call and make sure that availability is available. Mandy told me that was a lie and that Bluegreen lies just to get owners to join. Mandy then proceeded to tell me that I was lied to, but she will go ahead and let me use the lounge for an hour. As my guests arrived Mandy came up to the owners lounge and asked me to give Ryan (General Manager) a call because we are not allowed to use the owners lounge. Ryan came to the lounge with an attitude explaining to me that as an owner I do not have access to the property. I tried to explain to him what I was told at my owners review, but he seems like he could care less. I was told to leave or he would call the police on me. My guest was a 16 year old minor. This was beyond embarrassing to me as well as it should be to Bluegreens. Ebony(Presentation Sales Rep) explained to me that I did not do anything wrong but follow directions from what I was told. She said she could not believe they were treating an owner this way. I understand that no business is immune to occasional hiccups, and I hope this letter serves as constructive feedback to help your company improve its service. I trust that you take customer feedback seriously and will take the necessary steps to address the issues I...

I purchased a 3 day, 2 night stay with you guys months ago from a local Bass Pro Shop. My fiancé and I decided to use our stay this past weekend in Savannah. Our presentation was on Saturday at 2 pm. We went to lunch and then headed over to the presentation. My fiancé had a beer in his hand looking for a trash can while I approached the door for us to check in. The gentleman up front noticed the beer and asked if he had been drinking. I explained that we just grabbed lunch and he had that beer, but because of this we were not allowed in the presentation. A representative came out front and apologized for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. She thanked us for being nice and cooperative and gave me phone number to call on Monday during business hours to inquire about still receiving our gift. While speaking to customer service reps I was informed that we would not be able to receive the gift, PLUS $289 will be charged to the card on file that night for the difference in room. If an alcohol policy would have been listed anywhere on our paperwork, even in the fine print this entire situation would be different. In addition to all of this, I still have yet to be able to talk to a manager and was informed that “they do not make phone calls.”
So far I’ve paid... $125 to sign up at Bass Pro Shop $25 to park at the hotel $94 in taxes and fees at the hotel $289 for “the difference of rooms” for a Hampton inn that runs...
Read moreBluegreen Timeshare is a condo haven close to one of Savannah's largest squares with ongoing music venues. The riverfront is a short walking distance, as well as some unique dining venues around Ellis Square. After a day of walking you can easily kick up your feet and hire a nearby Horse and Carriage tour. Savannah also has many crowning 👑 glories. During your stay, check out The Capitol Building. It is visible from many of Bluegreen's Suites and rooftop lounge. If you visit Forsyth Park, don't miss out on all that SCAD has to offer in arts and design. It is only a couple squares down on your walk back to Bluegreen. We enjoyed their art/gift shop and interactive free show next door. St. John the Baptist Cathedral is also beautiful and free to tour. For a creative Asian dinner try Flock to the Wok. You are " the Flock" and Dine in a birdcage! We absolutely loved their cucumber salads with cilantro as starters then shared their whole fresh flounder for dinner! Their retro Peacock Bar🍸 in the basement makes for a nice nightcap. Afterwards you are only a few blocks away from Bluegreen. Hope these finds add to your extra special stay in Savannah :) ... I rated the interior units a 5 ( The individual units are newly decorated), yet gave an overall 4 due to the high valet costs and need for a hallway and lobby area refresh and redesign. Happy...
