Tory Burch — Local services in Scottsdale

One Star is One Too Many!!! I stopped by this location while on vacation. I walked in and no one greeted me, however some of the sales associates were with other customers so I thought I would patiently wait my turn to be serviced. I walked around for more than 10 minutes holding a shoe to ask for in my size. One sales associate asked me to excuse him as he passed right by me and headed to the front of the store. I walked around to the other side of the store and still no sales associate greeted me or even ask if I needed any help. I am a HUGE supporter of the Tory Burch brand so there was a pair of shoes that I really wanted. I finally walked up to an associate who was working with a customer to ask if there was someone available to help me. All of the associates were walking around me assisting no one. She asked what I needed, I explained this shoe in a 9.5. She said, "let me check". She brought the shoe out laid the box on the table behind me and walked back over to the other customer. I loved the shoe, it fit PERFECTLY, but I could not bring myself to buy it due to the lack of customer service I received. I walked out the door in disbelief and frustration. After seeing the look on my face and hearing my experience, my husband entered the store, took a picture of the shoe and purchased two pair (different colors) online. I truly believed that I was stereotyped due to every other person(s) entered in after me were being serviced and greeted. It was not of my personality nor my financial ability to shop, because I was truly dressed in the Tory Burch brand from head to toe. I took the experience completely personally. I would never recommend this store to anyone and I would like to recommend that management address this issue immediately with hopes that this has not happened to any other customer. I spend too much money on this brand to be treated as such. I feel that my experience does not reflect the Tory Burch Brand, but it is a poor reflection of this one particular store. I’ve refrained from writing a review multiple times because I truly love Tory Burch but this location is horrible. I bought a bag and the paint would just come off I went in and they all looked at me like I was stupid and said it wasn’t there fault and it was just wear and tear I had this bag for no more than a week. Thankfully the supervisor came over and offered me a new bag. Today I come in regarding an email I received from ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES about a $100 gift card. I went in and again they looked at me stupid saying it should have got it in my mail box when the email clearly said if I hadn’t received it I was welcomed to come in and redeem it. Also they tried telling me it was a corporation issue when I called Tory Burch they said it was actually a store issue. These lady’s are very rude and choose who to service I don’t want to make this into a pity racial thing but it’s the truth time after time I come into this store and it’s always the same thing I get looked at like I don’t know what I’m saying or I just get ignored. And this is the only location I’ve had this problem with I’ve gone to shops in Vegas and they are pleasant employees unfortunately this is the closet one to me. This place needs better and...

I just purchased one pair of shoe from your store today. I purchased the ines slide. The sales woman’s attitude was really bad. IS IT BECAUSE I AM AN ASIAN SO I DON’T DESERVE THE RIGHT TO TREAT AS OTHERS?!! I asked the her to pack it for me because it was a gift for someone. She knew it and I asked her to put the gift receipt on the bag. I am so glad I opened it after I arrived home. It was really a disappointment. After I opened the box, I found that the back of the shoes are really dirty. I have the photos. It is really obvious that someone wear them before!
