Quite possibly the worst, and by far the rudest store in Old Town. My wife and our 2 daughters visited early evening, the only ones in the store, and when we returned later to purchase things my wife wanted, the store ASSociate told us our daughters were not welcome to come in as they were disruptive earlier. Couldn’t be further from the truth! Our youngest was in a stroller the entire time, didn’t make a peep, and our other daughter was very pleasant, respectful, and anything she picked up, she put back. Went shopping here while on a bachelorette trip and they had so many cute clothes and trinkets that we all ended up buying multiple things. I’m giving 5 stars because when I returned home from my trip I realized one of the shirts I bought was not in the bag. When I called the store they put me in contact with the owner who personally called me and immediately arranged to have the shirt shipped to me at no cost while he was out of the country on vacation. Disappointed in the lack of customer service at this store. I called and messaged them three weeks ago asking to buy something they had displayed in their window. I don't live in Scottsdale and I asked them if they ship, which they said they do. I was told twice someone would get back to me and they never did. Completely RUDE!
