This review may get a little lengthy, but everyone needs to know. I discovered your store while I was in Hawaii in November. I fell in love with everything in the place and just the whole vibe of the place. The manager Dave helped me out and was absolutely awesome. Unfortunately, I didn’t buy anything. I’m just not a big jewelry guy so despite loving everything I talked myself out of a few purchases. Even after leaving, I kept thinking about a few rings I saw and kept kicking myself for not purchasing something. I finally went onto the website to look one more time. When I did I saw the “gifts for her” button. I didn’t even realize they had women’s jewelry. As soon as I saw the Guardian Angel Pendant I knew I had to get it for the love of my life. I actually live in Alabama and could have easily ordered it online. As luck would have it, she was already planning a trip to her home town of Phoenix coming from New York. I called the Scottsdale store and explained my plan to Kaylie. She was also amazing and was a huge help. I needed one with the amethyst stone, and she had it brought in from the Denver store. So I purchased the pendant, chain and the ring that I wanted from Kaylie by phone. She had it set to the side for pickup. I asked my girlfriend to “please pick up my ring while you’re are in town”. She was finally able to break away to pick it up today. Unfortunately, Kaylie wasn’t scheduled to work until later in the day. I called the store and spoke with Alex I believe her name was and explained what I needed. She was also eager to help. Everything went according to plan. She came in and asked for the ring she was supposed to pick up. They showed her the ring to “make sure it was the right one” and as she was looking at it they showed her the pendant and chain and told her “Bobby says Merry Christmas”. Needless to say, she was ecstatic!! I’ll get my ring from her in a few weeks when I see her in New York. Besides loving the gift, she loved everything about the store and those that helped her. Oh, and I should also mention that by the time it’s done, I will have a ring that I discovered in Hawaii (thanks again Dave), picked up for me in Scottsdale, and I’ll pick it up in New York. I can’t wait to tell this story to my grandson when I pass the ring off to him in 40 or 50 years. Please accept my heartfelt thank you and please let your employees know just how amazing they are. I was able to purchase two rings from the online store this week. Alyssa from the Scottsdale Store is very knowledgeable about the rings and is a perfect example of how this company employees the best! Alyssa was able to email me the story behind the Archetype Ring. With that story, I put meaning into what the Archetype Ring means to me- I made it MY story. With her help, the Archetype Ring is symbolic of my Life so when I wear the ring I am reminded that life is a blessing from God. It makes me happy to wear the ring. I went into the store and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly, helpful and engaging. The store was small, but nice. The jewelry pieces are works of art and fantastically detailed. The fire skull ring with garnet is what I purchased and let me tell you, a lot of sterling silver in this ring and the finest detail in a handmade ring that I have ever seen, both outside and inside. I received a military discount as well, which the salesman offered right up...he did ask for my ID as well....thanks for checking. The store/company is pro-military/freedom which I love. Much of their jewelry has a warrior ethos feel from multiple ethnicities and great warriors of the world during different eras. I love this place as they have a lot of mens jewelry as well as women's. Wife wants a ring and bracelet now. This place really appeals to military, rebels, cops, bikers, cowboys, patriots and the wild bunch of people who are strong...it is manly jewelry and for people who appreciate art and a warriors ethos. Great job Nightrider....I will be back!
