Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Scottsdale

I normally don't write reviews but this time was necessary. I sat down right in front of the register and the waitress glanced at me and walked away. I looked around and there was another waitress who never cared to even look at me or anything. Next to me was a young couple who seemed to know the manager. The manager quickly went over to them, talked with them, took their order, and they were served right away. I, on the other hand, still hadn't gotten a menu or was even acknowledged. After 20 minutes, I asked one of the waitresses for a menu and she responded, "they still haven't come to you?" I replied no, and she gave me 2 menus and walked away. She seemed nice but also somewhat irritated. She came back and took our order. While this was happening, the manager was still with the other couple chatting away. I understand if you know the customers personally but I believe that everyone deserves equal attention. The manager would glance at me but didn't smile or even think to realize that she should also help other customers. I was very disappointed. I love Johnny Rockets but unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this location. It was not a busy day and I understand that jobs are stressing but the waitresses seemed irritated at having to take orders and the manager only cared about people she knew. Next time I want Johnny Rockets I won't be going to...

Walked up to the counter and waited 3 minutes while Renee did whatever she was doing, before she even looked up to greet my husband and I. Sorry to bother you Renee but we are customers and were hungry but patient. Told her that I wanted the spicy Huston burger but with Mayo instead of the sauce that was on it. She kept repeating it back to me while looking at me like I was stupid. I asked her 3 times to please replace the sauce for Mayo…then had to repeat myself several times for some tots. I wanted a regular order of cheese tots but didn’t get those. My husband then placed his order with no issues, maybe if I would’ve had him order I would’ve had no attitude or issues. After a lengthy wait, our order was up. My burger came with only a burnt and falling apart patty, cheese and lettuce…where did my jalapeños go, what happened to the pepper Jack cheese?? We asked and were given A cup of cold jalapeños…this burger was way worse than any burger place I’ve ever had. I could’ve easily just went to 5 guys next door, but I chose to go to you...

Today I drove all the way to Scottsdale to visit Johnny Rockets. When I arrived, the waitress offered me a menu. I told her I knew what I wanted. She told me to Wait. I said take your time. After a while, she completed cleaning up after a party that had left. She could’ve easily taken my order and submitted it and then completed the cleanup. I sat where I could watch my order being processed.. It was nerve-racking as the ingredients were spread all over the counter where the cook was working.. The staff was having a nice chat and finally one of them noticed that my order had been sitting there for some time. It was very frustrating to me to watch him at the opposite end of the work area to wander around, offering my hamburger to others who refused it. He then asked the waitress who it should go to, and she pointed in my direction. Meanwhile, my wife had gone to chipotle ordered her meal, brought it back and ate in front of me while I was still waiting on my hamburger, which when I got, it was as cold as a fish. No more Johnny rockets for me...
