AWFUL. Avoid this place at all costs. Not only are the people are SO RUDE, they don't let you try on clothes. Which is fine I suppose. But the customers should be able to return items since that is the case. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions. Horrible customer relations and business practices. They charge you $5 for a bag to take your stuff with you (ridiculous). Don't even think about using your credit card, it's an additional $5 fee. So no dressing rooms, no returns or exchanges, $5 bags, $5 credit card fee and rude employees. What a way to run a business.
If you want a good experience where the people are kind and accommodating and don't rip you off go to the Freedom store down towards the promenade. There you can spend your money at a real business not...

I grabbed the receipt and we went to return it for one that was straight. When we got to the store I explained what I had discovered and said that I wanted to exchange it for another one that was more centered. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and told us in no uncertain terms that they had no exchange policy. We come to Seaside every year and always buy several things from this store, but because of this experience, we will never go...

They did have them, but the towel is just bleeding dye all over the bathroom floor here. While I appreciate them having swimsuits out of season, it's definitely a buyer beware situation with the towels. All sales are final, so make sure you're comfortable with your purchases. Because it's a tourist town, everything is marked up, and the $3.50+ credit card fees are beyond abnormal. Seems like they need to find a new credit card processor and a new towel wholesaler at least. I hope...
