Walked in to grab a quick Whiskey. 6:30 on a Friday evening. Looked around to see two pool tables going and a packed bar. Not one empty seat. Met shortly after entering with 3 people that I did not know that happened to walk in at the same time. Met by a long haired brunette. She simply looked at me and said they were at capacity and I had to leave. So I answered no problem. Turned and left. As I left I stepped aside to let 4 more people walk in. As I did I noticed the same bar tender that asked me to leave was taking their order. I stepped out side to look for another place to go and the people that walked in while I was leaving were getting there order taken. All good that they don’t want tourists. Just should put up a sign that says locals only! Found my sister at a bar down the block. She had been kicked out of the bridge tender too. They told her max capacity was 17. Read moreOur group of 10 stepped in and moved some tables together so we could all sit together. The waitress very rudely told us we couldn’t move the tables in this manner because of exit safety pathways. Then she focused more on the specific arrangements of the tables. Our group decided to move the tables back - then the waitress asked what we were doing. I explained I understood her need for safety so wanted to help move the tables back. Her interactions from there were filled with annoyance and rudeness. Our decided to leave as we were clearly not welcome. As we left the waitress said “Thanks for coming in and @ing it all up”. I understand the town is full of visitors from a conference - however there is never an excuse to treat potential customers with such rudeness and with an exiting profane goodbye. Bad form. We could have paid a lot of money for drinks...
Read moreI went on a girls trip with my friend and when we went inside it was jam packed full of people. We went up to the bar there was a blonde and clearly intoxicated bartender. We waited for a good 7-10 minute to be served (not a big deal since we knew it was busy) she asked us what we would like and I said “whiskey sour”. She left for 5 minutes and came back asking how to make it… I explained what it is and she left and 5 minutes after that served us our drinks. Too many people bumping into you and yelling in your face about a raffle and a decently drunk bartender I had to tell to make a very simple drink. Left immediately after to go to the Capricorn which I...
