Dani is AMAZING and is truly an artist. As a Black woman with very thick hair, it can be scary to get your hair done as some stylists freeze up in fear when they get started. Dani didn't even flinch and treated my kinks and curls with care as we went from virgin/un-dyed hair to platinum blonde. She got the color down on the very first try and my curl pattern remained largely in tact. She dried and styled my hair after the coloring portion was completed and even gave me additional styling ideas that would work for my hair and to help me show off my new color! Two words - Color QUEEN. Dani totally understands color and gives amazing results. If this wasn't obvious by looking at her Insta, see for yourself by getting your hair colored with her! She is also so reliable with haircuts, she really listens to what I want and delivers the results I'm looking for every time and makes it look effortless. She's worked at bigger salons before and recently went private because she is TALENTED (plus her salon suite is super cute and cozy). This was the first time seeing Dani and I had an amazing experience. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time at her salon however my nerves quickly went out the door when the conversation started. She was thorough and truly listened to what I was hoping to do with my hair, finding images to help align to what I was looking for from the tone to cut to specific areas to further highlight.
