PLEASE BEWARE TO AVOID WHAT I WENT THROUGH This past weekend I went on for my first full class. I was excited and ready to try something new. The front desk said they keep the doors locked for safety. So of course I was left feeling safe to leave my items in the cubbies provide during class. Unfortunately for me this was a huge mistake. Once class was over I went to grab my bag, it was gone. Automatically I panic, as this was my bag, wallet, phone, keys. At first everyone was confused, until the front desk worker said she thought she knew who did it. The front desk worker LET IN a woman from the locked doors. The front desk woman also mentioned how she had thought that same woman stole something from the restroom. So why she allowed that woman to leave knowing she was stealing, not even calling police or informing anyone at that pointâŚis beyond me. After police were called and report was being processed Iâm left with only them saying sorry. The next day they offer me 3 classes to make it up, but this is extremely rude in my eyes. The emotional distress, the amount of money lost: bag, wallet, cards(ID,banking, medical, gift cardâŚetc) keysâŚ. 3 classes isnât paying for that price of replacement and time taken from me. Not to mention the fear I have lingering, I wouldnât have wrote this post if I felt taken care of. But they just said they arenât responsible for my items being stolen when it was CLEARLY negligence on that front desk worker. It can be seen in the security footage even that the thief was up to no good. So please be careful and donât trust putting your belongings anywhere but by your side! Even if they give a false sense...
Read morePilates has been a part of my life for almost 10 years, and Club Pilates is by-far one of the best studios I have ever been to. I joined about a year ago and have been extremely happy with the flexibility of the scheduling and wide variety of classes offered. The instructors are well-trained, and they offer many difficulty levels, so that anyone can feel comfortable whether a beginner or experienced. I have the unlimited passport allowing me to go to any Club Pilates in the country, which has been great because I travel a lot and there are Club Pilates in most cities. I attend classes 3-4 times a week at the Queen Anne and the South Lake Union locations, and am pleased with the classes, instructors and managers at...
Read moreI couldnât find parking and arrived at my pre-paid class 5 min late and the lady working the front desk refused to let me in, give me a refund, or allow me to book another class for the for free. There is no policy informing me of this on the booking website and it is extremely inconsiderate of my time and money. Every other time I have visited a club Pilates in Washington they have told me there was a 10 min grace period. My class was at 8am, I was at the door at 8:10 and had to call for someone to come out and let me in because the woman supposed to be working the front desk wasnât even out there. She gave me a phone number to âthe working managerâ and it went straight to voicemail. This is terrible...
