We sold our property to Goose (just closed) and wanted to chime in here. We spoke to a lot of agents from Windermere saying they work with builders and we’re very disappointed, all of them over promised and it seemed very shady. We got a letter from Goose, price was stated in the letter and they actually came through on the first go around. The people we worked with were honest and direct which we found surprising for a developer.
