I have never been to the actual admissions office on campus but I have communicated with staff via email and phone. I have found them to be incredibly rude and treat you like you're wasting their time. I had a lot of legitimate questions in regards to transferring from an out of state university to Washington. I was treated like I didn't matter and that all answers can be found on the website (no, they cannot). When I called the receptionists was very pleasant but the admissions adviser I spoke to was incredibly unprofessional. He never introduced himself or even gave his name. This is a competitive school and you are expected to do some of the legwork and research yourself, as an ADULT.
